Great location by the river. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Loved the clean and comfortable rooms, equipped with everything we needed. The food served at the restaurant was delicious and they had plenty of options. Safe parking was also a plus. it was a great romantic escape. We enjoyed the beautiful views from our room, the great location, and the staff's excellent service. The hotel offered many amenities that made our stay comfortable and truly enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel to others visiting the area.

The lack of an elevator can be challenging if you have a lot of heavy luggage, but thankfully there was a friendly receptionist who helped us carry our bags up. Additionally, the price was a bit steep compared to other places we stayed in Kazakhstan, but it could be due to the city's location.
